By downloading, accessing, or using the TitleToday mobile application (the "App") or its corresponding website, https://titletoday.in (the "Site"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). The App, Site, and the data services provided are collectively referred to as the "Service." If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: Government Data and Accuracy
This section is critical to your use of the Service.
- 3.1. Not a Government Entity: TitleToday is a private, third-party application. It is NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or in any way officially connected with the Government of India, the Government of Gujarat, or any municipal corporation or other government agency. Any reference to government entities is for identification purposes only.
- 3.2. Source of Information: The Service compiles information from various third-party sources, including:
- Public Notices: Legal and public notices are collected and digitized from various Gujarati newspapers.
- 3.3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Timeliness: While we strive to provide useful and timely information, TitleToday DOES NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service. Data may be subject to errors, omissions, or delays in updates. The Service is intended for informational and reference purposes ONLY.

User's Responsibility to Verify: You agree that you are solely responsible for verifying any information from the Service with the relevant official government departments or original publications before taking any action, including but not limited to making financial, legal, or investment decisions. Do not rely on this Service as a substitute for official records or professional legal advice.
4. Permitted Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, modify, or compromise the integrity of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitleToday shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Damages arising from your use of or reliance on the information presented in the Service.
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
- Damages resulting from technical failures, system interruptions, or unauthorized access.
- Any damages whatsoever beyond the total amount paid by the user to TitleToday for the Service in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
